Dita’s perfume not available in your country, yet?
Well, the Dita Von Teese Parfums range is now available through UK based CheapSmells.com. They ship globally, with international postage calculated by weight, and orders over £50 sent free.

Although Liberty do ship some items overseas, I’ve noticed that they aren’t shipping the perfume outside the UK. Which is disappointing. It will eventually be available in other countries, but no launch dates have been announced. So, if you don’t want to wait, I have the 20ml version on eBay. Only selling it because I already have one. I bought it with a few other perfume related things recently. I’ve also included a few collectable postcards in the auction.

DITA VON TEESE’s classic retro beauty is fundamental to her glamorous image, so a chance to discover her much-coveted secrets was a good opportunity indeed. Having just launched her eponymous fragrance at Liberty, the star told us about her upcoming beauty book, her make-up mishaps and how she manages to look so immaculate all of the time.
What are your beauty secrets?
I really believe that beauty comes from health – sensible eating and exercise. I think that when it comes to beauty, people think of products – like miracle face creams – but actually it’s more about taking care of yourself. I am a big fan of a book called The Beauty Detox Solution, by Kimberly Snyder, and there’s a recipe for a green smoothie in there that I have every day without fail.

Looking stunning, and the epitome of that bygone glamour which she has become known to represent, she is indeed a bona fide style icon; Dita Von Teese arrived at Liberty London yesterday for the launch of her new perfume. Clad in a beautifully elegant floor-length, emerald-green gown, with a plunging neckline showing off her world-famous décolletage, the burlesque superstar was accompanied by her own entourage of dashing butlers.

We caught up with the world’s most famous Burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese to talk beauty and her blonde roots at a private dinner to launch her debut fragrance.
Ms Von Teese had a busy day Tuesday. She started off at Liberty, the department store that is exclusively stocking her first fragrance Dita Von Teese Eau de Parfum to sign bottles for over 200 eagerly awaiting fans. Dressed in a Herve L.Leroux forest green gown, along with her signature red lips and raven hair styled into a classic 50s ‘do.
