I’ve been searching for this for quite some time. I’d only ever seen thumbnail sized copies of the article and definitely wanted to track it down. After many emails and google translations I ended up buying it (quite cheaply), directly from the distributor.

Steven Klein’s “L.A. Portfolio” is featured extensively in this issue of L’uomo Vogue. Dita Von Teese and Marilyn Manson were among many people who took part. The portfolio can also be viewed at Klein’s website.

Dita Von Teese was the face of a campaign for Giuseppe Zanotti Design (shoes) in 2005. I’ve seen two other advertisements from the same shoot, I’m currently tracking them down. I’m not sure who the photographer was. The following advertisement isn’t featured in this issue of Vogue, but I believe it may have been the leading ad for the campaign:
