UK magazine, Pop, exclusively published this shoot, by Juergen Teller, in late 2004. This issue is huge and quite difficult to scan. The Christina Ricci content is amazing, also.
Teller is quite an influential photographer. You may find him worth researching further if you’re into photography in general.
